Delete Your WordFall Account
You can request deletion of your WordFall account and associated personal data at any time.
Delete From the App
Open WordFall and go to Settings > Account > Delete my account. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, email us at wordfallgamewithwiffle@gmail.com with the subject line "WordFall Account Deletion Request".
To help us find the correct account, include any of the following information you have: Player ID, account email address, Apple private relay email, Google account email, device type, and app version.
What Will Be Deleted
- Account profile information, including display name and avatar selections.
- Authentication records connected to your WordFall account.
- Game progress, levels, coins, lives, boosters, stats, and leaderboard identity.
- Multiplayer profile and match-related account data where it can be associated with your account.
- Push notification tokens and device identifiers connected to your account.
What May Be Retained
We may retain records that we are required to keep for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or platform purchase verification reasons, such as transaction IDs and subscription records. These records are retained only as long as required for those purposes.
Timing
We process account deletion requests within 30 days unless we need additional information to verify the account or are legally required to retain specific records.
