Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the WordFall mobile game. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Contact us at wordfallgamewithwiffle@gmail.com.
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or 16 in the EEA/UK, that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you are not prohibited from receiving the app under the laws of your country.
2. Your Account
You may sign in as a guest or via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your device and credentials. You may have only one active account per person. Multiple accounts used for unfair advantage may be suspended.
3. License Granted to You
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store or Google Play terms.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works except where allowed by law.
- Do not use bots, scrapers, automation, or unauthorized third-party software.
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate the economy, or gain unfair multiplayer advantages.
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or send abusive content to other players.
- Do not interfere with the app or servers, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app illegally.
5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The app offers virtual items and an optional auto-renewable subscription called Unlimited Lives. Unlimited Lives gives access to premium benefits such as unlimited lives, no waiting when lives run out, and daily bonus coins while the subscription is active.
Subscription prices and billing periods are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country or region. Unlimited Lives is billed monthly unless a different period is shown at purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple account subscription settings, and you can manage or cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play subscriptions.
When a subscription is cancelled, premium benefits remain available until the end of the paid period and then expire. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law or by the applicable platform policy.
Refund requests for Apple App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's refund process. Refund requests for Google Play purchases are handled by Google Play under Google's refund process. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, have no real-world monetary value, and may be consumed or expire as described in the app.

6. User-Generated Content
If you submit display names, avatar choices, emoji reactions, or other input, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content to operate the app. We may remove inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content.
7. Intellectual Property
The app, including software, graphics, sounds, word lists, and content other than user-generated content, is owned by us or our licensors. WordFall and the WordFall logo are our trademarks.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or for legitimate business reasons.
9. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims related to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the app, or violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkiye, except where local consumer-protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
13. Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no support obligation, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice or email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
